Archived Terms - Prepay Add-Ons

On 4 September 2023, we made some updates to our terms and conditions. You can refer to the previous terms here.
1. Not all Prepay Add-Ons or deals are available on all Prepay plans. Eligibility of Add-Ons is based on which Prepay plan that you are on. To check which deals or add-ons your Plan is eligible for, view validity and entitlements through the My One NZ App, or online in My One NZ or by calling 321.
2. Add-Ons validity:
| Duration | Description |
| 1 day | Full 24 hours |
| 1 week | 7 days |
| 3 months | 90 days (3 x 30 days) |
| 6 months | 180 days (6 x 30 days) |
| Weekends | From Friday 7pm until Monday 7am |
| Off-Peak | From 7pm until 7am the next day |
| One-Off | Active immediately upon purchase and expire at 11.59pm on their end date. |
3. Once expired, any unused minutes, TXTs or data will be removed.
4. If you change your Prepay Plan or cease to be a Prepay customer you will lose any current Add-Ons.
5. One NZ reserves the right to cease making Add-On offers or to modify any terms relating to offers at any time.
6. The following abbreviations apply: "int" refers to international and "wknd" refers to weekend.
