On 31 October 2024 we made some updates to our terms and conditions. You can refer to the previous terms here.

1. 5GB data is available to new customers who activate the included $5 SIM onto an eligible Prepay Plan and top up a minimum of $10.
2. Consumption from 5GB data will be stopped when MyFlex plan is on hold and is only resumed when MyFlex is active. Please note that this means usage will come from casual rate when your plan is on hold.
3. $10 minimum top up available through My One NZ App only.
4. Eligible Prepay Plans are Pay & Go and MyFlex.
5. 5GB is a one-off data bonus that lasts up to 90 days from the date that you receive it. Data cannot be carried over and is in addition to the data allowance of your Plan.
6. 5GB data is for use in NZ only.
7. 5GB data cannot be in used with any other offer.
8. 5GB cannot be used with 5GB porting offer.
9. Offer available through Food, Oil and Convenience stores only, while stocks last.
10. One NZ may withdraw, extend, or amend the Offer at any time.
