On 4 September 2023, we made some updates to our terms and conditions. You can refer to the previous terms here.

1. Free 5GB data is available to customers who:
   1. activate the included SIM on MyFlex Prepay; and
   2. port their number to One NZ
2. Free 5GB data is a one-off bonus that lasts up to 90 days from the date that you receive it and cannot be carried over. It is in addition to the data allowance of your Plan.
3. Free 5GB data is for use in NZ only.
4. Free 5GB data cannot be used with any other offer.
5. You will receive your free 5GB data within 72 hours of completing all these activities:
   1. porting your number to One NZ;
   2. activating your new SIM; and
   3. topping up and activating your Eligible Plan.
