Change fees for:

• Small Office Fibre

The Early Termination Charge for Small Office Fibre is $299 plus GST.

• Small Office ADSL

The Early Termination Charge for Small Office ADSL is:

• 30% of the amount of the fixed Charges that would have otherwise been payable from the date of termination to the end of the Initial Term for this Service, except where the Service comprises fixed Charges only and no variable Charges in which case we may require you to pay 100% of the fixed Charges that would otherwise have been payable from the date of termination to the end of the Initial Term for this Service; and
• 30% of the amount of any anticipated Charges (for example variable charges such as calling) payable by you for the Service terminated, from the date of termination to the end of the Initial Term for each Service. These charges are calculated based on your total average monthly spend with us over the past six months; and
• If we have agreed to waive a set-up charge, the amount of that set-up charge multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Initial Term for this Service at the date of termination divided by the total number of months in the Initial Term for this Service.
