These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the One New Zealand (“One NZ”) Hamilton Store Opening competition (“Competition”) run in store at 25 Ward Street, Hamilton (“One NZ Hamilton Store”) , and published on One NZ’s website.

Entry

• Information published by One NZ on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms.
• Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.
• The Competition starts at 09:00, 14 November 2024 and closes at 17:00, 15 December 2024.
• Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms.
• Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18 (“Eligible Entrant”) except employees of One NZ, their immediate families and/or flatmates, One NZ’s associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• To enter, make any purchase at the One NZ Ward St Store before 15 December 2024, fill out the Competition entry form attached to these Terms and provided at the One NZ Ward St Store, attach proof of purchase, and submit your entry at the One NZ Ward St Store. Purchases made through the One NZ online store at one.nz are not valid and will not be accepted.
• All valid entries will be entered into a draw to win with winners drawn at random.
• One NZ may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these terms and conditions.

Prizes

• The prizes are:
  • First Prize: OPPO Reno12 Pro in Nebula Silver (RRP $1,099)
  • Second Prize: Sony PlayStation 5 console and controllers (RRP $1,159)
  • Third Prize: Ultimate Ears Hyperboom speaker (RRP $699)
• A random prize draw will be conducted at 5.30pm, 16 December 2024. The first 3 valid entries drawn will win with prizes assigned in the order that they’re drawn. Winners will be notified by phone or email. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 2 weeks after the draw and the winner is still unavailable, or the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited and One NZ will randomly choose another winner.
• The prizes are subject to availability, and One NZ reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice throughout the Competition period.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances One NZ can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
• The prizes are as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prizes cannot be substituted, are not transferable, and cannot be sold or taken as cash.
• The prize values are correct at time of publishing these Terms, and One NZ accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prizes.

General

• The Promoter is One New Zealand Group Limited, 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand. The Competition is administered by One NZ. All correspondence regarding the Competition should be directed via email to hamilton@one.nz.
• No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on a winner’s behalf.
• One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• One NZ takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, texts with a misspelt keyword, texts to an incorrect short code, force majeure or otherwise.
• Where any third party is involved in a prize (“Third Party”), your use of the prize is subject to any Third Party’s terms that may apply. You agree that One NZ and any Third Party are not responsible for any refused entry, cancellations or changes to any events; lost, stolen or damaged tickets or vouchers; incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed online purchases; or the validity of any tickets or vouchers.
• One NZ’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event of any dispute, One NZ’s decision is final.
• These Terms may change from time to time.
• By entering this Competition, One NZ will collect your Name, Address, Phone, and Email to enable us to contact any winners. We will delete your information at the end of the competition period. This collection of personal information is in accordance with the One NZ Privacy Policy.
• One NZ reserves the right to amend, extend or cancel this Competition at any time.
