A random winner will be drawn on Mondays at 10am, with all entries from the previous week in the mix. You can enter as many times as you like!

If you’re the winner, we’ll DM you from our Instagram account (@onenewzealandofficial) to let you know. If you don’t have a One Wallet, you’ll need to join or switch to an eligible Pay Monthly plan within 60 days so we can put your $1000 One Wallet Dollars prize into your One Wallet to put towards your next interest free phone.

These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the One New Zealand (“One NZ”) Share and Win (“Competition”) run through Instagram and published on One NZ’s website at one.nz/OWShareWin.

Entry

1. Information published by One NZ on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms.
2. Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.
3. The Competition starts at 9am, 17 June 2025 and closes at 9am, 26 August. During this period, there will be 10 weekly draws conducted each Monday at 10am, to randomly select a winner from the previous week.
4. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms.
5. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over (“Eligible Entrant”), except employees of One NZ.
6. To enter, you must ‘share’ or ‘tag a friend’ as a comment on the One NZ weekly Instagram post.
7. All valid entries made between 12.01am Monday and 11.59pm Sunday will then be automatically added into the random draw for the following Monday at 10am. The first valid entry drawn every Monday for 10 weeks will win the prize, which can be used as set out below.
8. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You are providing your entry information to One NZ directly.
9. One NZ may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these Terms.
10. The prize is $1000 One Wallet Dollars drawn every week for a 10-week period. If the winner is a One NZ consumer customer or business customer with up to 4 connections on an eligible Pay Monthly plan, the One Wallet Dollars will be added to the winner’s One Wallet and can be used in-store to purchase an interest free phone with an eligible One NZ Pay Monthly plan. The One Wallet Dollars will expire after 3 years, if unused.
11. If the winner does not have a One Wallet (i.e. is with another network provider or is not on an eligible One NZ Pay Monthly mobile plan) the winner will need to sign up to an eligible One NZ Pay Monthly plan, at their own expense, within 60 days of us contacting them, or the prize will be forfeited. The $1000 One Wallet Dollars can be used in-store to purchase an interest free phone with the eligible One NZ Pay Monthly plan, either at the time of signing up to the plan, or at any later date before the One Wallet Dollars expire.
12. Winners must choose a 12, 24 or 36-month term to pay off the remaining phone balance. The interest free phone purchased using One Wallet Dollars must have a minimum value of $149. A minimum deposit of $99 is required and $1 interest free repayment over the 12, 24 or 36-month term chosen. The balance of phone cost must be repaid if you exit, transfer or trade-down your plan before the interest free term expires. Redeeming your One Wallet balance is subject to a credit check. 13. The winner will be notified on Instagram by the One NZ Instagram account (onenewzealandofficial). If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 7 days after the draw, and the winner does not respond, the prize will be forfeited, and One NZ will randomly choose another winner.
14. A winner can only win one $1000 One Wallet Dollar prize and will be excluded from any further prize draws for this competition.
15. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable, and cannot be sold or taken as cash.
16. One NZ’s General Consumer Terms, Business Terms, Mobile Terms, Interest Free Payment Terms, Trade-in Terms, One Upgrade Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the use of One Wallet.

General

1. The Promoter is One New Zealand Group Limited, 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand. The Competition is administered by One NZ.
2. The winner may be required to participate in publicity as a result of this Competition.
3. By entering this Competition, you consent to receive the latest news, special offers, promotions and information from One NZ by email, TXT or other channels from time to time. If at any stage you do not want to receive this information then please let us know.
4. One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. One NZ takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, TXTs with a misspelt keyword, TXTs to an incorrect shortcode, force majeure or otherwise.
6. One NZ’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. These Terms may change from time to time.
8. All entries become the property of One NZ. One NZ collects information that you have provided to us through entering the Competition. Any personal information collected is subject to the One NZ Privacy Policy.
9. One NZ reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this Competition at any time.
