Refurbished Mobile 24-Month Warranty & Returns

All One NZ Refurbished Mobiles are pre-owned, but fully functional. Each device has been professionally tested, cleaned and restored, and comes with a certification report you can access via QR code.

Our Refurbished Mobiles are graded as ‘Excellent Condition’ and may show minor cosmetic wear, as outlined below:

What does “Excellent condition” mean?

• The phone is in excellent cosmetic condition
• At least 80% Battery Health so you get good battery life from day one
• It may show very light signs of use, such as tiny scratches or minor marks
• No cracks, dents, or heavy wear.

24-month warranty

Your refurbished device is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase for hardware faults under normal use.

If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to put it right. This may include:

• repairing your device, or
• replacing it with the same or a similar device, or
• providing a refund where appropriate

Our team will guide you through the next steps, including troubleshooting, repair or replacement if needed.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, you can return your device within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the device must be in its original condition and include all accessories.

Your rights

These terms are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Under the Act, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your device is faulty or not as described.
