1. If your Prepay balance has less than $14 credit and you can’t top up right away, free TXT ‘IOU’ to 468 and we’ll apply an instant $5 credit to your Prepay balance. The next time you top up your Prepay balance, you'll need to repay the $5 IOU plus a $0.50 fee.

2. You must have less than $14 credit to be use Prepay IOU.

3. You can only have one outstanding Prepay IOU at a time. You will need to repay any outstanding IOU before you can request another one.

4. If you top up and have an outstanding Prepay IOU, your Prepay IOU and $0.50 fee will be paid back first and any remaining funds will then go to your Prepay balance.

5. Prepay IOU is not available while roaming overseas.

6. You can’t change your Prepay Plus Plan or move to a Pay Monthly plan while you have an unpaid Prepay IOU.
