Terms - Change of Mind Guarantee
Our Online Shop offers a 7 day change-of-mind guarantee. If you change your mind for any reason, just let us know by calling 0800 837 867 - between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and we'll arrange for a returns form to be sent out to you.
Please note that under our returns policy the following conditions apply:
- Returned goods must be with their original packaging.
- If you change your mind about purchases made from One NZ's Online Shop and would like to return your item(s), you must call us within seven days of receiving your goods. We will send you a return form with instructions on how to return your products.
- You must return the Products, at your cost by Tracked Courier bag, to us within 10 business days of us of receiving the returns form.
If your purchase is a handset, you must not have used it for more than 10 minutes of airtime or sent and receive more than 10MB of data.
If your purchase is a SIM card pack, either in a bundle with a mobile or separately, it must not have been removed from its "casing"
Once we've received the goods they will be assessed, and if ok, we'll issue you an Online Shop credit for the purchase price (excluding any delivery charges) of the items returned.

Change of Mind – Click & Collect
Your purchase agreement becomes effective at the end of your online purchase journey. We’ll send you an email to confirm your order.
If you change your mind regarding this purchase you may cancel this agreement within 7 days if you have not collected your product from your nominated store, by calling our Online Shop on 0800 837 867 between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to arrange cancellation.
If you have purchased a new mobile connection and any usage is made from the SIM, an early termination fee or repayment of mobile phone subsidy may be applied to cancel this agreement. Our terms and conditions will be delivered with your new device and/or SIM.
Whilst we cannot accept the return of an open box, you will have the option of viewing the device more closely prior to taking possession when in store at the time of collection.
Products may only be picked up from your chosen store upon presentation of an order number and a current and valid photographic ID that matched the name in the order. Please ensure you or any nominated person you have named on your account to pick-up the order shows one of the following forms of ID:
- New Zealand Driver's license
- NZ or Australian Passport
- Current Overseas Passport, valid visa and entry stamp (where applicable)
