Terms and Conditions for Microsoft Security Offer

• This offer is available to new or existing customers who have an Endless Business Mobile Plan or Business Team Plan.
• The offer is available from 28 September 2022 to 31 March 2023.
• Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence is for a maximum of 300 users. Microsoft home licencing, Non-profit, government and education pricing is excluded from this offer.
• You should purchase your Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence in the Vodafone Business Marketplace and you are responsible for checking your current contract and cancelling with your existing provider.
• Microsoft Licensing: The offer will show as a full RRP of $33.30 for Microsoft 365 Business Premium, with a $14.40 credit, per eligible mobile user on your bill for a 12 month credit period. After this period, the subscription will auto renew at the full price unless cancelled on annual basis.
• Vodafone Secure Endpoints: The offer will show as a full RRP of $2.90. After this period, this subscription will auto renew at the full price unless cancelled on a monthly basis. Actual monthly charges will be based on the number of active licensed users in your Azure Directory Group.
• Your credit period begins when the order is submitted to Vodafone. If you purchase your licence after you submit your order, you will only receive the remaining months credit left in the offer period.
• New users onboarded after 31 March 2023 will not receive the discounted credits.
• If you require Vodafone to assist with enrolling any device this will incur an additional fee.
• A graduated early termination charge will apply for cancellation of the service within the 12 months from when the order was submitted.
• If you cancel your eligible mobile plan, the corresponding credits will cease for your Business Premium licence, and you will be liable for the full RRP for the remaining term.
• Vodafone may remove policies that have been set up in your Microsoft 365 Tenancy if you cancel this service early.
• Vodafone Business Terms or your MSA Terms apply. Minimum network requirements and minimum licencing requirements apply.
• All prices exclude GST.
