1. Definitions

1.1 Fixed and Mobile Group Calling is defined as zero rated voice calls from your:

• Group mobiles to Group mobiles;
• Group landlines to Group mobiles; and
• Group mobiles to Group landlines,

in New Zealand and billed under the same company name.

1.2 For the purposes of Fixed and Mobile Group Calling your Group is made up of all your landline and mobile voice services on eligible Vodafone fixed line and mobile plans billed under the same company name.

2. Conditions and User Restrictions

2.1 Fixed and Mobile Group Calling is only available if you sign up for both an eligible Vodafone fixed line plan for your landline services and an eligible Vodafone mobile plan for your mobile services.

2.2 A list of eligible Vodafone fixed line and mobile plans is available from Vodafone on request.

2.3 You must contact your Account Manager or call us on 0800 021 776 to register for Fixed and Mobile Group Calling.

2.4 Your Fixed and Mobile Group Calling will commence in the next billing cycle after you register.

2.5 Calls from Group landlines to Group landlines are not included in Fixed and Mobile Group Calling.

2.6 Vodafone’s Fair use policy applies to your Fixed and Mobile Group Calling.

3. Billing

3.1 You will receive separate statements for your fixed line services and your mobile services in accordance with the terms of your eligible Vodafone fixed line and mobile plans.

3.2 Your Fixed and Mobile Calling Group calls will be itemised on your Fixed line services statement and summarised on your mobile services statement but these calls will have a call charge of zero.

3.3 Your Fixed and Mobile Calling Group calls will not be deducted from any shared minute packs on your eligible fixed line plans.

4. Roaming

4.1 Calls originating from Group mobiles or Group landlines in New Zealand to Group mobiles on roaming will be included in your Fixed to Mobile Group Calling. However the Group mobile on roaming receiving the call will be charged standard roaming rates to receive the call, including a terminating charge.

4.2 Calls from Group mobiles on roaming to Group mobiles or Group landlines in New Zealand will be charged at the local roaming rate to call New Zealand.

4.3 Calls from Group mobiles on roaming to other Group mobiles on roaming will be charged at local roaming rates to call New Zealand. The Group mobile on roaming receiving the call will be charged standard roaming rates to receive the call, including a terminating charge.

5. Termination and Transfers

5.1 When you terminate or move any eligible fixed line or mobile voice service to another provider the number associated with that voice service will be removed from your Group and Fixed and Mobile Group Calling will no longer apply to calls to or from that voice service.

5.2 If your eligible fixed line plan or mobile plan terminates then your Fixed and Mobile Group Calling will terminate.
