On 17 March 2015, we made some updates to our terms and conditions. You can refer to the previous terms here.

• NZ Travel SIM bundles can include TXT, Minute and Data resource entitlement.
• Calls and TXTs are to any standard NZ number or selected International Mobiles or Landlines. Excludes TXTs and Calls to special and premium numbers.
• Included International countries are:- On NZ Travel SIM $49: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and USA.- On NZ Travel SIM $29: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, UK and USA.
• The NZ Travel SIM is 4G enabled. To use 4G you will need to have a capable device and be in a 4G coverage area (see vodafone.co.nz/4g/ ). There is no casual data available. To keep using data once your Data allowance has exhausted you will need to purchase a data Add-On.
• NZ Travel SIM bundles do not renew and cannot be repurchased. If you exhaust your TXTs, Minutes or Data you can either choose to purchase an additional Data or Minutes Add-On or standard rates will apply for calling and TXTs.
• You cannot purchase offers or Add-Ons from other Vodafone Prepay plans on a NZ Travel SIM bundle (e.g. BestMate).
• The included TXTs, Minutes and Data last for 60 days from activation on the NZ Travel SIM $49 plan and for 30 days from activation on the NZ Travel SIM $29 plan. After your plan expires you can continue to Top Up and buy Data or Minutes Add-Ons or choose to move to one of our other Prepay plans.
• When you change plans any remaining entitlements within your NZ Travel SIM plan will not be transferred.
• Vodafone Consumer Terms and Mobile Terms and Conditions apply.

ExtraMins Terms and Conditions:

• To be eligible to purchase and use the ExtraMins Add-On you must be on an NZ Travel SIM bundle.
• The ExtraMins Add-On gives you 100 minutes to mobiles and landlines in NZ and selected international countries.- Selected International countries are: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and USA.
• The ExtraMins Add-On lasts 60 days from purchase.
• For calls to international destinations which are not part of this Add-on, special and premium calls, standard rates apply.
• If you have used up all the minutes in your ExtraMins Add-on, any calls to NZ or the selected international destinations will either reduce any plan allocation of minutes, or if you have no remaining plan allocation, standard charges will apply.
• Order of use applies: Minutes in the ExtraMins Add-On will be used before your NZ Travel SIM bundle’s minute entitlements.
• If you change plans from an NZ Travel SIM bundle, you'll lose any NZ Travel SIM Add-Ons you have.
• NZ Travel SIM Terms and Conditions apply.

ExtraData Terms and Conditions:

• To be eligible to purchase and use the ExtraData Add-On you must be on our NZ Travel SIM bundle.
• The ExtraData Add-On gives you 1GB of Data to use for up to 60 days.
• The ExtraData Add-On is 4G enabled. To use it at 4G speeds you will need to have a capable device and be in a 4G coverage area ( see www.vodafone.co.nz/4g/ ).
• The ExtraData Add-On lasts for 60 days from purchase.
• If you have used up all the data in your ExtraData Add-On, any data usage will either reduce any plan allocation of data, or if you have no remaining plan allocation you will need to purchase another ExtraData Add-On to keep using Data as there is no standard usage on NZ Travel SIM bundles.
• Order of use applies: Data in the ExtraData Add-On will be used before your NZ Travel SIM bundle's data entitlement.
• If you change plans from an NZ Travel NZ bundle, you'll lose any NZ Travel SIM Add-Ons you have.
