Terms - One Voice Ongoing Survey
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions or competitions (“collectively, the Competition”) run in connection with the One Voice surveys carried out by One New Zealand Group Limited ("One NZ").
- These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time.
- Information published by One NZ on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
- The competition is open to One NZ customers who are invited to complete a survey for which the Competition relates, based on specific survey respondent definition requirements, as decided by One NZ.
- Entry to the Competition is achieved by following the link sent via email and completing a One Voice survey.
- Entries to each Competition must be received by the date specified in the survey invitation email.
- One entry per person per survey only.
- No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
- One NZ takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, texts with a misspelt keyword, texts to an incorrect shortcode, force majeure or otherwise.
- One NZ may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- One NZ’s decisions on all matters regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- One NZ reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this Competition at any time.
- There is one prize draw per quarter for all One Voice surveys. The prize draws for 2023-2024 will be conducted 21 July 2023, 20 October 2023, 29 January 2024, 19 April 2024, 19 July 2024, 21 October 2024, 27 January 2025.
- The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- If, after three reasonable attempts, One NZ is unable to contact the winner of a prize draw within 1 week from the Competition draw date, then the prize will be forfeited and One NZ will randomly choose another winner.
- The prize for the Competition is as specified in the survey invitation email. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, One NZ can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
- Prize value is correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
- One NZ will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- All entries become the property of One NZ. One NZ collects information that you have provided to us through entering the Competition. Any personal information collected is subject to the One NZ Privacy Policy.
- By entering the Competition, you accept all these terms and conditions.
