This article explains how to cancel an existing credit card direct debit through My One NZ on our website.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

Steps

  1. Log into My One NZ , selecting My One NZ

  2. Hover your mouse over Account Settings, then click Saved Cards

  3. Click Remove next to the specific card you want to cancel
