Steps
Follow the steps below to change the credit card that is registered to make a direct debit payment through My One NZ.
My One NZ App (One NZ A)
- Log into the My One NZ app
- Tap Pay Bill & Topup
- Tap Direct Debit
- Select the Account you wish to pay by Direct Debit and follow the prompts to add a new credit or debit card
- Update the Card Details with a saved card or enter a new card.
- Click Continue when done
Internet & Landline (One NZ B)
- Log into My One NZ
selecting Internet & Landline
- From the left hand menu select Credit Card Payments
- Tick Use this credit card to pay all future invoices automatically on the due date
- Enter your credit card details
- Click Submit
