Steps

Follow the steps below to change the credit card that is registered to make a direct debit payment through My One NZ.

My One NZ App (One NZ A)

  1. Log into the My One NZ app
  2. Tap Pay Bill & Topup

    Pay bill and top up menu item highlighted red
  3. Tap Direct Debit

  4. Select the Account you wish to pay by Direct Debit and follow the prompts to add a new credit or debit card

  5. Update the Card Details with a saved card or enter a new card.

  6. Click Continue when done

Internet & Landline (One NZ B)

  1. Log into My One NZ  selecting Internet & Landline

  2. From the left hand menu select Credit Card Payments
  3. Tick Use this credit card to pay all future invoices automatically on the due date
  4. Enter your credit card details
  5. Click Submit
