Cancelling a Direct Debit via Credit Card

Find out how to cancel a Direct Debit via credit card using the My One NZ app .

Steps

1. Log into the My One NZ app
2. Tap Pay Bill & Topup
   

   

3. Tap Direct Debit
   

   

4. Select the Account you wish to pay by Direct Debit and follow the prompts to add a new credit or debit card
   

   

5. Update the Card Details with a saved card or enter a new card.
   

   

6. Click Continue when done
