This article explains how to remove a registered credit card from the My One NZ App.
Before you begin
This feature is available to One NZ A accounts.

Credit Cards can be removed from single billing accounts.
To remove credit cards from other accounts it is registered against, the process needs to be repeated for each required account
Direct Debits
If you need to update/remove a credit card being used for a direct debit, follow one of the processes below:

Steps
- Log into the My One NZ app
The main dashboard appears - Scroll down and tap Saved cards
- Tap the credit card you want to remove
The Edit your card screen appears - Tap Remove this card
The Are you sure screen appears - Tap Yes
A message appears to confirm your card has been removed from My One NZ (you are also sent a TXT)
