Billing | View bill through One NZ web (One NZ C)

This article explains how you can view your bill through CustomerZone on our website.

Before you begin

This is only compatible if your bill shows One NZ C .

You are not able to view your bill in the My One NZ app.

You can also receive your bills via email or post, to change how you receive your bill use Change billing delivery method through CustomerZone.

Steps

  1. Log into Customer Zone

    The My Profile page appears

  2. Click View bill

  3. The View Bill section lets you view your current and past bills:
    • View your current bill: In the VIEW CURRENT BILL section, click the PDF icon
    • View previous bills: From the VIEW PREVIOUS BILLS drop-down menu, select the required invoice date
