Steps
Follow the steps below to cancel a credit card direct debit payment that has been setup in My One NZ.
My One NZ App (One NZ A)
- Log into the My One NZ app
- Tap Pay Bill & Topup
- Tap Direct Debit.
- Tap Cancel Direct Debit
The following warning appears: "You are about to cancel your direct debit"
- Tap Cancel Direct Debit
A confirmation message appears
My One NZ Web (One NZ A)
- Log into My One NZ
, selecting My One NZ
- Hover your mouse over Account Settings, then click Saved Cards
- Click Remove next to the specific card you want to cancel
Internet & Landline (One NZ B)
- To cancel a Direct Debit by Credit card, you will need to call us.
