This article gives you the steps to follow to get a Mobile Device up and running.
Before you begin
Some mobiles e.g. iPhones require a micro or Nano-SIM which is smaller than the Standard SIM card.
If your new handset uses a Micro or Nano-SIM you can contact us and we can send out a replacement SIM for a small charge. Or, you can pop into any of our Store's and we'll not only sort you out with a new SIM card but we can transfer your details onto the new SIM - make sure you back up any contacts etc you need to your SIM card beforehand!
