Before you begin

You will need to have already:

• Registered for My One NZ
• Added a a Broadband or Mobile to your My One NZ account

If you are on Prepay, you can Free TXT 'CURRENT' to 756 and we'll TXT you your plan details.

Steps

1. Open and log into My One NZ
2. Hover over Products & Services, then click Plan & Add-Ons
   

   

   You will then be shown your current plan
