My One NZ | Check what plan you are currently on

This article explains how to check what your current plan is through the My One NZ.

Before you begin

You will need to have already:

If you are on Prepay, you can Free TXT 'CURRENT' to 756 and we'll TXT you your plan details.

Steps

Follow the steps below to view what plan you are currently on:

App

  1. Open the My One NZ App
  2. Scroll down to the Essentials section
  3. Tap Plan & Add-Ons

    You can then tap Plan Details to see more information about your plan

Website

  1. Open and log into My One NZ
  2. Hover over Products & Services, then click Plan & Add-Ons
