This article covers how you can recover or reset your password for the My One NZ service.

My One NZ broadband and landline password:
To have your My One NZ home phone and internet password emailed to you, simply use the forgot password tool and provide the following:
- Your customer number (Your customer number is on the top right corner of your bill - usually a 7-digit number)
- Your username
If you're a Wave, PC Connect or Quik customer then you'll need to add one of the following extensions to your username:
- Wave customers: username_wave
- PC Connect customers: username_pcco
- Quik customers: username_quik
Otherwise please give us a call on 0800 438 448 and we'll issue you a new password.
