This page explains how you can reset your My One NZ password.
Before you begin
What you'll need:
- Access to your mobile phone
- An internet connection
- Mobile coverage - we need to send you a TXT with a validation code
Steps
My One NZ App
- Open the My One NZ app
- Tap Forgotten Password
- Enter your Username (Email address) and tap Next
- Mobile: A TXT with a confirmation code will be sent to you.
- Email: A password reset link will be sent to you.
- Mobile: Enter the confirmation code and tap Next
Email: Open the email and tap Reset password - Enter a new password and tap Confirm
My One NZ Web
- Go to the My One NZ Sign in page
select My One NZ
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your login Email address and Let's check if it's you fields.
Then click Next - Open the email we sent you and click Reset password
The Reset your password screen appears - Create a password and click Confirm
