Your Customer Zone account is like a wrapper around your services, so you will have a separate username/password for Customer Zone than you would for your broadband services or mobile services.
Please note: To change or reset your password online, you must know your existing password. If you do not know your existing password, you will need to contact us on 0508 888 800 (Personal) or 0508 555 500 (Business).
To change your Customer Zone account password, you can either:
- Change it online (simply following the steps below)
- Contact us on 0508 888 800 (Personal) or 0508 555 500 (Business)
Steps
- Log into Customer Zone
Click Change Account Password
- Enter your Existing Account Password and New Account Password in the fields provided
- In the Confirm New Account Password field, re-enter your new password and click Submit.
Your Account Password will be updated immediately.
