This page explains how you can add a Prepay service to My One NZ.

Adding services gives you the ability to view and manage multiple services within your account.

Steps

1. Log into My One NZ , selecting My One NZ

   

   The Account Summary screen appears
   

2. Point your mouse cursor over Account settings and select Manage services

   

   The Manage services screen appears
   

3. Click the Add a service tab
   

   

4. Select if it's a Personal or Business service
   

   

5. Select Prepay Mobile
   

   

6. Enter the mobile number and click Next
   

   

   
   A confirmation code is sent to the mobile via TXT
7. Enter the 5-digit confirmation code
   
8. Tick the I am authorised to access the information about this service checkbox
   
9. Click Add a service
