If you are the primary account holder, you can personalise the names of connections which appear in My One NZ. This is great if there is a new family member getting a phone, or if a phone changes hands in the family.
- To rename a connection, you need to have Account level of access. More about access levels
- This can only be done through the desktop version of My One NZ.
Steps
- Log into My One NZ on the website
, selecting My One NZ
Point your mouse cursor over Account Settings and select Manage Services
The Manage connections screen appears
- Expand the Services section (if required)
- Find the service you would like to personalise and click Rename
- In the text field, enter a new user name and click Save
- After clicking Save, the connection is updated with a new user name.
