Before you begin
Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .
You will need the bank account name that appears on your invoice.
If you only need to provide 2 numbers for the suffix, use the last 2 numbers from the listed bank account number
Timeframes
It can take up to 48 business hours for payments to appear on your account.
Setup a Direct Debit
You may want to consider setting up a direct debit instead so you don't have to worry about paying your bills manually in the future:
- Setup a Credit Card direct debit on your desktop
- Setup a Credit Card direct debit through My One NZ App
- Setup a direct debit from your bank account
Steps
Add us as a payee
- Open your banks website and login:
- Follow their Payments process
- Select One NZ A from the list of companies to pay
- Submit your payment
Make a manual payment
- Open your banks website and login:
- Follow their Payments process
- Enter the following details manually (you can also find these details on your bill):
Bank account name One NZ A Account 02-0248-0228009-024 Particulars Your name Code Your One NZ account number Reference Your phone number SWIFT (if required) BKNZNZ22
What to do if that didn't work?
If your payment didn't go through or you weren't able to submit one, you could try paying via credit card .
