Before you begin.
Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .
What you'll need:
- The bank account name that appears on your invoice.
- A computer, mobile phone or tablet with an internet connection.
- SWIFT code (for overseas transfers only).
If you only need to provide 2 numbers for the suffix, use the last 2 numbers from the listed bank account number.
Timeframes.
It can take up to 48 business hours for payments to appear on your account.
Setup a Direct Debit.

Open your banks website and login:
- Follow their Payments process
- Select either One NZ A, One NZ B, One NZ C or One NZ D from the list of companies to pay based on what type of account you have
- Submit your payment
