Frequently Asked Questions.

How long does my plan last?

MyFlex Prepay allowances are valid for 28 days.

Will my unused entitlements carry over to the next renewal date?

Yes absolutely! As long as you have sufficient credit for your plan to renew. If you do not have enough credit on renewal day, you have 48 hours from when your plan goes on hold to renew it and keep any unused or carry over minutes, TXTs and data.

After the 48 hours from when your plan goes on hold, if there's still not enough credit the plan does not renew and you will lose any unused or carry over minutes, TXTs and data.

How much of my allowances can I carry over?

As a MyFlex customer, you can carry over up to 500 unused minutes, 500 unused TXTs and up to 3.5GB of unused data when your plan renews.

Please note:
  • If you adjust your Prepay plan and click SAVE CHANGES - this will make the changes at your next renewal date - your Carry Over is retained.

What happens if I don't have enough credit on my renewal date?

If you don't have enough credit on your plan renewal day, you have 48 hours from when your plan goes on hold to renew it, and to keep your carry over balance.

What happens if I run out of data, minutes or TXTs before my renewal date?

If you run out of data, minutes or TXT before your renewal date, you'll be charged at a casual rate for any data, calls and TXT you make. To help you stay connected, you can either:
  • Re-design or renew your existing Prepay plan part way through your 28 day cycle.

In the Manage my plan section, tap Buy now.
  • Buy extra data, minutes or TXT boost Add-Ons to get you through to your next renewal date.
