What is Prepay Carry Over?
Carry Over ensures any unused minutes, TXTs and data don't go to waste.
That means any unused data, TXTs and minutes from your Prepay plan allowance are available for use during the next month.
You should know
- Minutes, TXTs and data will Carry Over when your plan automatically renews (learn about Carry Over limits ).
- Ensure you check your balance before your plan is due to renew.
- Now you have 48 hours from when your plan goes on hold to renew it and keep your carry over balance.
- Carry Over minutes, TXTs and data last for 360 days from when they were first carried over.
- Your oldest Carry Over minutes, TXTs and data are used first.

How could I lose my Carry Over minutes, TXTs and data?
You will lose your Carry Over allowance if:
- The plan does not renew after the 48 hours grace period as there's not enough credit.
- Carry Over allowance expires - the balance expires 360 days after they were first carried over.
- You change plan
