My One NZ | Buy a Prepay Deal

This article explains how you can buy a Prepay deal using the My One NZ app or through our website.

Before you begin

Before you start, ensure your Prepay number is showing on the dashboard. If it isn't, add you'll need to add your Prepay service to My One NZ .

Steps

Follow the steps below to purchase a Prepay deal through My One NZ.

My One NZ App

  1. Log in to the My One NZ app

    The main dashboard appears

  2. Tap the Prepay Deals tile

  3. Tap Spin for Deals

    The wheels spin to show your 3 Prepay deals for this week

  4. Select the Prepay deal you'd like to buy

     
  5. Tap Buy

    A pop up asking you to confirm the purchase appears

  6. Tap Confirm

  1. Log in to My One NZ  Selecting My One NZ

  2. Click Options

  3. Select Prepay deals

  4. Click Spin

    Three Prepay Deals appear. Selecting a deal displays a breakdown of what is included as part of the deal
  5. Click Buy



    A message appears to confirm the Prepay Deal has been added to your account.
