This article explains how to make changes to your MyFlex Prepay plan
Before you begin
You can redesign your My Flex plan in our app or website at any time.
Flexing your mix can be done up until 10PM the night before your plan is due to renew.
If your plan renews on Tuesday, flex it up before 10PM on Monday!
Steps
Follow the steps below to make adjustments to your MyFlex plan to suit your needs.
My One NZ Web
- Log into My One NZ Selecting My One NZ
- Hover your cursor over Products and Services, click Plan & Add-Ons
- Click Manage plan
- Use the Arrows to adjust the amount of data, minutes and TXTs to suit your MyFlex plan
- When you're happy with your mix, select either:
- Save Changes - your plan will renew when your plan is due to renew
- Buy Now - your plan changes will be immediate, but you'll lose any unused minutes and data including carry over.
Heads up! You may need to top up your account to make sure you can cover the new price. If so, click Top Up and then Refresh my plan
My One NZ App
- Open the My One NZ app
- Make sure you have enough credit in your balance before you change your plan
- Tap Plan & Add-Ons
- Tap Flex my plan
- Flex your plan's data, minutes and TXTs by scrolling left or right, then tap Next
- Select when you want your plan changes to occur
Note: if you choose Renew plan, you'll lose any unused minutes and data including carry over - Tap Confirm - your plan will renew on the date it's due to renew
Heads up! You may need to top up your account to make sure you can cover the new price. If so, tap Top Up and then confirm when you want your choice to be effective.
