This page explains how to view your mobile balance using our app.
Before you start
Pay Monthly connections:
- Credit balances are not displayed
- To view billing information, you need to have a Customer or Account level of access.

Prepay connections:
The tile displays your credit balance.
Steps
- Log into the My One NZ app
The main dashboard appears showing your balance - From the tiles at the bottom of the screen, tap Accounts & Services, then select the account you want to view
- The 'Your balance is' tile displays your current balance
What to do if that didn't work
For Prepay services, you can also view your credit balance by scrolling down to the Essentials section, and clicking View detailed usage.
