My One NZ | Update bill email address

This article explains how you can change the email that your bills are sent to through the My One NZ App.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

Steps

My One NZ App (One NZ A)

  1. Log into the My One NZ app

    The main dashboard appears
  2. Scroll down and tap Accounts and Billing

  3. Tap Bill Preference

  4. Enter your new email address into the Receive bills by email field

  5. Tap Save 

My One NZ Web (One NZ A)

  1. Log into My One NZ , selecting My One NZ

  2. Hover over Account settings, then click Bill settings

  3. Under Bill Delivery Method, click Edit

  4. Enter your new email address into the Your Email address field, then click Save

My One NZ Web (One NZ B)

  1. Log into My One NZ , selecting Internet & landline
  2. In the My One NZ section, click Update Contact Details
  3. In the Other details section, enter your new email address in the Email address field
  4. Click Save my details
