For mobile customers, you can easily change your bill settings in My One NZ.

Steps to change your bill notifications

1. Log into My One NZ  selecting My One NZ
   

   

2. Hover your curser over Account Settings and select Billing Settings
   

   

3. Under Bill Delivery Method select Edit 
   

   

4. In TXT Reminders are select Off
   

   

5. Click Save
