This page explains how to remove a mobile, home phone or broadband account listed in My One NZ.
Before you begin
- Services and accounts cannot be removed using the My One NZ app
- You can only remove mobile accounts you've added i.e. not the original or owner account.
Steps
- Log into My One NZ
    , selecting My One NZ  
- From the menu at the top of the screen, point your mouse cursor over Account Settings and select Manage Services  
- Next to the accounts you no longer want, click Remove
