My One NZ | Remove a service or account

This page explains how to remove a mobile, home phone or broadband account listed in My One NZ.

Before you begin

  • Services and accounts cannot be removed using the My One NZ app
  • You can only remove mobile accounts you've added i.e. not the original or owner account.

Steps

  1. Log into My One NZ , selecting My One NZ

  2. From the menu at the top of the screen, point your mouse cursor over Account Settings and select Manage Services

  3. Next to the accounts you no longer want, click Remove
