Once you move your number to us you'll be treated as a One NZ number and will get the same great rates, benefits and value from your plan - if you have any One NZ-to-One NZ bundles (calls or TXTs) you will have the full use of them.

As most providers bill in advance your bill may have generated before the transfer to us was completed. After your next billing date you should receive a final bill from your previous provider with any required adjustments.
How many TXTs can I store, what happens if my phone is off?
This depends on your phone, most will allow you to store several hundred TXTs but if you need to know check out your mobile's device guide.
Do I get charged for TXTs that are not received?
Charges apply from the time you send a TXT, we can't guarantee that the message will be received but we'll keep trying to deliver it for 2 days. Messages that are sent but not received will still be charged.
