Why might My One NZ be unavailable?

What to do if you are waiting for My One NZ issue to be fixed?

While you may not be able to do all your normal fun stuff on the web, here are some alternative ways to access the things you can usually do online:

Check your On Account balance

TXT "BAL" to 777 to obtain your account balance and remaining minutes. This is a free service. Note: When a system upgrade is in progress this information may not be up to date, however the TXT you receive will tell you how current the information is.

Update or manage credit card details

Through our automated IVR on 777 you are able to manage this information

Top Up

Please Use our online service (no login required) > (click on Top Up button on the left hand side)

Get your PUK code

  • What you're trying to do? i.e. attempting to log on.
  • The exact error message you are getting
  • Your username (and password if you are happy to provide this)
  • The exact time the error appeared
