Check if toll calls are coming through One NZ
To check your dialling status, call 07 832 0000. This is a free call, which will go to a recorded message. If the message says "Welcome to One NZ" then you have direct dialling access through our network. If the message is from another toll provider, then your default access is through that company.
Talk 0 plan | Change my nominated One NZ mobile number
Yes, you're free to change your nominated One NZ mobile number that Talk 0 applies to. You can change this at anytime but the change will not take effect until the beginning of the following month. The easiest and quickest way to change calling plans is using My One NZ.
