Customer Zone | Set up a Profile (One NZ C)

A Customer Zone Profile allows you to securely manage your account(s) and services from a single login.

Before you begin

This process is only if One NZ C appears in your bill.

A Profile allows you to create your own personalised username (Login ID) and password to log into the Customer Zone.

If you have multiple accounts, you can manage all your accounts from a single place.

Steps

  1. Go to Customer Zone Create your Profile page
  2. In the Account Background section, select if you are an existing customer
    If you are an existing customer, ensure you enter your Account Number and Account Password
  3. Complete all other required fields (mandatory fields are marked with an *)
  4. Click Submit 

    If you have not entered in some of the required details, you will be advised to enter these details again then resubmit your request.

    You will be sent a verification email to the address provided.  You will need to click on the link provided to complete the set up of your profile.
