Billing | How to read your bill

This article provides a link to our Understand My Bill web page that describes what different parts of our bills mean.

Before you begin

Need to make a payment?

If you need to pay your bill, you can do this through My One NZ:

Part-Month Charges

A part-month charge may appear on your bill if you're a new customer or an existing customer who has changed plans part-way through your billing cycle.

So your bill may include a part-month charge from the date that you connected to your new plan through to the end of the billing month, plus a full month in advance.

After you receive your first bill, you will be charged one month in advance like normal.

When bills are sent?

We will only send you a bill when the total is more than $5. If the amount you owe is less than $5 we don't send you a monthly bill, and that balance gets added to your next bill.

If your balance remains low, we'll send you a bill every 3 months instead.
