When you set up a new home phone and broadband account with us, you're assigned a date that your billing cycle starts on each month.
You can view your billing date online in My One NZ - online or in the app. This is the date we start preparing your invoice for the last billing period. You can expect to get your bill within a couple of days from this date.

Payment must be made before the due date located on your bill.
If you miss your payment, you may incur a late payment fee
. The due date is found on the top right corner of your account statement.
