Our broadband Traffic Management Policy
Our policy is to provide you with the best broadband experience possible, so we won't slow down or throttle your connection. However, in some circumstances (such as in the unlikely event of a network attack) we may be required to take reasonable action to protect our customers and effectively manage our network.
What are my Broadband Download and Upload speeds, and Ping?
Download speed is how fast you can pull data from the server to you. Most connections are designed to download much faster than they upload as the majority of online activity, like loading web pages or streaming videos, consists of downloads.
