There are a few different kinds of passwords you might have with us, each of which has a different function.
Account Password
Your Account Password will be a 7 or 8-character password that is made up of either letters, numbers or a mixture of both. You would have set up your Account Password when you signed up with us.
This password can be used for a number of different things including:
- Entering the Customer Zone
- Viewing your bill online
- Entering the Clearnet My Account section
- Accessing the High Speed Internet Usage Meter
- Extra verification when you call the Contact Centre
Internet Password
Your Internet Password is a password you would have chosen when you set up your Internet service with us. This password must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20 characters long and must contain a mixture of letters and numbers - special characters can also be used.
NOTE: Your Internet password is usually different from your Account Password. It may be the same as your email password if your email address is the same as the username you use to connect to the Internet.
This password can be used to:
- Connect to the Internet - either High Speed or Dial up
- Check your emails (if your email username is the same as the one you connect to the Internet with)
- Enter the Paradise Members Section (if you are an existing Paradise customer)
