Service or technician assistance

Your broadband service connects to the internal wiring within your premise.

The local network provider is responsible for the connection to your property and you are responsible for the care and maintenance of the wiring inside your home or site.

When you notify us about a fault, we can arrange a technician visit to check the broadband service. You may be charged a fee if they do not find a fault, or the fault lies with your wiring, equipment or hardware set up. These fees will appear on your account.

If the fault is found to be with your internal wiring, this will require you to engage a local electrician. However, if it is a simple fix, the broadband technician may be able to fix the issue at the time and we will then charge this to your account.
