My One NZ | Change the Primary Connection

This page explains how you can change your Primary Connection in My One NZ.

Before you begin

Your Primary Connection is the one that is listed first in the Account Summary page - it controls some self-service options.

What you'll need

  • Your My One NZ username and password
  • Access to the internet

You cannot change your Primary Connection using the My One NZ app.

Red Share

If you have multiple Red Share products in My One NZ, the Primary Connection controls which Red Share data pool you are managing.

Steps

Follow the steps below to see how you can change the connection that appears first on your Account Summary page in My One NZ.

  1. Log into My One NZ , selecting My One NZ

  2. Point your mouse cursor over Account Settings and select Manage services

  3. In the Primary connection section, click Switch

  4. Select the mobile that you want to become the Primary Connection

  5. Click Save

A message appears to confirm the Primary Connection has been changed.
