Using our Remote Call Forward service you can activate or change where your Call Forwarding sends calls to from outside of the Office.
Change your home phone recorded name (HFC)
Your home phone Recorded Name (Mailbox Name) is the name used in the Standard Greeting, Phone Divert and Message Waiting Notification. To update your recorded name:

About Talk 2 nz + aus home phone plan
Your Talk 2 NZ + Aus plan provides free residential voice calls of up to two hours to landlines in New Zealand and Australia Talk 2 NZ + Aus does not include calls to Norfolk Island so these will be charged in addition to your talk plan.
Forward home phone callers to another number (HFC)
This article covers how, using Call Forward on your home phone, your caller can have their call transferred to another number that you have set up previously. You set the number to be called and control the times when calls will be transferred, including different times during the week and the weekend. There is a monthly fee for Call Forward.
