This article explains how to reset your password for your Internet & Landline account for One NZ B Customers.
Before you begin
Check if you're account is One NZ A,B or C.
These steps are only valid for One NZ B customers, if you are a One NZ A customer, follow these instructions.
If you've forgotten the password you use to log into My One NZ, you can request to have the password sent to your email address.
Steps
- Go to the My One NZ login page
- Select Internet & landline
- Click Forgot password
- Enter your customer number and username
Click Go
After clicking Go, the password for your account is sent to the email address you have registered to your My One NZ account.
