This page explains how to cancel a Direct Debit from a bank account using the My One NZ app.

Before you begin

• Only compatible with One NZ A accounts
• Find how to check if your account is One NZ A,B or C

Steps

1. Log into the My One NZ app
2. Tap Pay Bill & Topup
   

   

3. Tap Direct Debit.
   

   

4. Tap Cancel Direct Debit
   The following warning appears: "You are about to cancel your direct debit"
   

   

5. Tap Cancel Direct Debit
   A confirmation message appears
