This article contains steps on how to top up a Prepay mobile with a debit or credit card with My One NZ Web.

Steps

1. Log into My One NZ , selecting My One NZ 
   

   

2. Point your mouse cursor over Top Up & Pay and select Top Up 
   

   

3. From the Select mobile number to Top Up section, select the Prepay connection that you want to Top Up
   Please Note: Selecting Top Up another Prepay connection gives you the option to enter another Prepay number to Top up
   

   

4. From the Choose top up method section, select Credit or debit card 
5. Select an amount to Top up and enter your credit card detail 
6. Click Confim
